Lee Dionne first started as a mortgage banker and broker in 1992 for 1st Carolina Bank. He was quickly promoted to team leader due to his volume and success with real estate agents. For the last 8 years Lee worked for HomeStar Lending as the Branch Manager and Sr. Mortgage Advisor in Lake Stevens. For the past two years he served on the board of directors committee. In 2003 Lee's Branch led the way to becoming the 6 th largest banker/broker in Snohomish County.
Lee's decision to open Mortgage Advisory Group was a 3 year vision and ramp up process. He believes that there is a 'better way of serving clients" in the mortgage industry. Lee calls it portfolio planning, not just loan planning. American Express has an affiliate networking system for clients with more than $500,000 in their AMEX investment portfolio where they will bi-annually conference call with the clients industry affiliates to maximize the clients portfolio (ie. Mortgage Advisors, CPA's, Estate Planners, etc.). Lee believes that a persons financial portfolio is of great significance whether they are just starting with a few hundred bucks or are firmly grounded in their investments already. Therefore, our vision at Mortgage Advisory Group is to bring this service to everyone so that all Americans can be as prosperous as they desire, and we will! He says, "If a client wants Nordstrom service while attaining competitive pricing then Mortgage Advisory Group is the place to come."
Lee has been truly blessed with a beautiful and supportive family. His wife, the best wife a man could ask for, is his best friend and partner for LIFE. Her name is Debbie and she is full of energy, laughter, life and has a heart of gold for those around her. She brings out the best in others as well as in Lee. They have two amazing children, Trevor (4) thinks he is a pirate and Samantha (2) who is the trouble maker but is as sweet as sugar. They love to play with their Chocolate Labrador, Kona, who is the worlds best swimmer and diver. All three of them think that the gold fish in the pond are there to be harassed. Lee and his family have a happy home and strive to help others in our community have the same.
In his free time, Lee spends time with his family enjoying their property on Lake Stevens. They swim, ski and play together as a family. He also enjoys golfing, aviation, art and fine dining. Lee is a member of the Lake Stevens Chamber of Commerce, Everett Chamber of commerce, LIONS club and donates to his community. Lee has been honored with numerous industry awards for his production and ability to help others realize the American Dream.
