I have been in the financial services industry for over 17 years with a background in investments, insurance and home loans. Experience counts tremendously in the lending industry as it has become so much more complicated with hundreds of different types of loans available so understanding the program guidelines are critical. As a Certified Mortgage Planner, I give my customers different options that fit their complete financial situation and keep up on the current trends in lending. A home is a valuable asset that needs to be handled to help benefit your total financial outlook over time and I work to make sure that is accomplished for each and every one of my customers.

I have worked with every type of credit situation and understand the credit process and how you can improve or resolve a problem when it is necessary. Credit scores are instrumental in determining your loan approval and interest rate and I work to help your credit be its best. I have worked with many chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy situations and I do not charge extra for those situations.

I do all types of loans for purchasing a home or refinancing one. I also specialize in Reverse Mortgages; they are a growing market for home owners over 62 years of age. I make the Reverse Mortgage process simple and easy to understand for the entire family.
