As a mortgage planner, my role is very different from a traditional Loan Officer. My primary goal is to help my clients not only integrate the loan they select into their overall long and short-term financial and investment plan, but also help minimize their tax and interest expense by improving their cash flow. I take responsibility for helping my clients manage their home equity to increase liquidity, safety and rate of return.
