Cathleen has worked in the real estate industry since 1980. Originating in title insurance and transitioning into lending in 2001. The transition came on the heels of feeling a need to have a profound & positive impact on people's lives. Helping people manage the most important investments in their lives has given her the opportunity to realize this goal.

Outside of work there are many things that Cathleen enjoys doing. She loves to spend time with her family, Harley road trips, traveling, quilting & spending time at her condo in Long Beach , Washington
