Byron Sjolund joined Mortgage Advisory Group and formed The Sjolund Loan Team to offer manufactured home owners the very best interest rates and a mortgage loan experience that is unmatched in the industry. The Sjolund Loan Team works daily with it’s team of in-house lenders as well as some of the biggest mortgage banks in the country to provide their clients with not only the very best loan products but customer service that is clearly the best in the business.

Byron Sjolund has earned a reputation as an expert in manufactured home lending. Realtors and manufactured homeowners from across the region regularly call on Byron for his knowledge of manufactured home financing. Byron oversees all of the manufactured home financing thru The Sjolund Loan Team and originates all loans in the State of Washington as well as the State of Arizona.

Roger Sjolund is Byron’s father and is an Associate Mortgage Advisor for the Sjolund Loan Team. He is a licensed originator in the State of Oregon as well as Arizona. Roger is also our Reverse Mortgage Specialist. We are excited to be able to provide our senior manufactured homeowners the benefits of a reverse mortgage.

Anna Arneson is the Mortgage Coordinator for the Sjolund Loan Team. She works with all of our clients to ensure a smooth transaction. Customer service is her top priority. “We believe that communication is the key to a smooth transaction”. Part of our communication is an email we send twice a week, keeping you abreast of your loan status.

Melissa Anselment is an Administrative Assistant for the Sjolund Loan Team and works with our clients sending and receiving the loan disclosures. She also coordinates our team marketing.
