Cecelia Venolia
Like the changing of the seasons, so Cecelia's life has changed. Cecelia was eager to explore a variety of creative endeavors. She developed a business painting and designing custom artwork in designer showcases, model homes, residential homes, a restaurant and hotel. Cecelia refined her use of watercolor and color pencil drawing at Porterville College in Porterville CA.
After moving to Washington, Cecelia began displaying her paintings and became a member of the Arts of Snohomish Galley in 2006. Cecelia has exhibited her paintings in juried art shows, group and solo shows and was a featured artist at the Arts of Snohomish Gallery. Five of her paintings and a collage were included in an international catalog. Two of her paintings were included in the 2009 international catalog. Two of her paintings were selected to be displayed in the 2008 Edmonds Art Festival. Presently Cecelia is an active member of Seattle Co-Arts. She was president of the Greater Marysville Artists' Guild of 2008 - 2009 and co-chairperson of the Round Robin Artists 2008. Cecelia has continued her art education studying under Irina Kirienko Milton in Everett, WA and Ted Pankowski in Bothell, WA.
